Updates from the Farm
For the 2021 growing year, you can find our market stand at the Bellingham Farmer's Market on Wednesday evenings and Saturday. Our farm also sells through the Twin Sisters Market in Birchwood, Kendall, and Nugent's Corner. Find our produce in local grocery stores at both locations of the Community Food Co-op, Haggens, and Safeway.
Look for this label on the Northwest-grown 4-Pack of organic Rainier strawberries in Haggen Stores.
Look for this label on the clam shell filled with juicy snap peas, Haggen, Community Co-op, and Super Duper in Sumas.
WHAT ARE PHYTOCHEMICALS? "When the sun is burning down, insects are biting, or the temperature drops, plants can't run inside where it is safe and warm. Instead they produce chemicals that help them survive these stressful conditions. It appears that these very same chemicals help humans deal with stress as well." adapted from Tom Malterre, Certified Nutritionist in Bellingham
